The Peak room lottery opens Nov 1st to Nov 5th.  It is open now and if your kids are in the AMDP, season ski school or ski racing club this year, you probably have a good idea of when you might want to be at the lodge.  With the lodge being closed last year, there maybe high demand this year.  Peak membership allows you to book your winter season in early November.  A form of lottery is used to make sure that the room reservations are done on a fair basis.

In previous years there have been more than enough rooms for all Peak members to get their bookings and allow a large number of rooms to be available for Regular members, who have chosen that they do not require pre-booking for the season.  This year may be the first time that the lottery is required, so think about upgrading and saving your spot.
