Each year we have a room lottery and each year we get closer to the point where we might not get the rooms we want, due to a higher demand.  This is good news, as it mans that the club is thriving.  As a board, we are constantly looking at these numbers and looking for the sweet spot between member numbers and room demand.  200 regular and 100 peak member slots is a target, but it might change.

If more members buy up to Peak and use the lodge more often, we do not need to recruit as many new members.  Looking back over the last 5 years, it is the new members who have joined who have used the lodge the most and got the greatest benefit from their membership fees.

Please send in your list of pre-booking dates so we can secure those bookings before we open up to the general membership on Nov 5th.  List the dates you wish to come in the order of priority, so that if there is a clash, we can make sure we accommodate everyone equally.
