Tyrol Ski & Mountain Club

Peak Lottery Oct 2023 (Now closed)

The Peak Lottery was open from the 1st Oct to the 15th Oct and all dates were added to the google sheet.  It was clear to see that we have excess demand for Friday nights, mainly due to the ski school families.  Despite this we have lots of Saturday nights available and 4 rooms on Friday have been reserved until 10 days out.

Welcome to all Peak members,

We hope that many of you have enjoyed the privilege of summer peak bookings and are now looking forward to the transition to the winter season. Using the same format as our previous winter/summer booking lottery, please use the following link to a centralized booking sheet and detailed instructions on how to complete and the following steps to ensure your room gets booked and paid for.

As there is the potential for high requests for some peak nights please ensure to minimize any potential conflicts, by following the directions carefully.

The booking sheet will be open for edits and bookings until 15th October. After this date and up to the 31st October, Peak members will receive an email from me, confirming your booking dates and allowing Sean to open the booking process online. All Peak members will have 2 weeks to enter these bookings and pay. If bookings are not reserved and paid for on the online system by  31st October  . The booking will be made available to all other members once the lottery closes.
Instructions:
  • Please enter your family name/s and the number of people in the room, indicating adult/child
  • Please highlight the dates you wish to book, and indicate your preferred ranking. #1 is the booking you value most and so on…..(rankings are likely to be possible for popular peak nights, with your higher ranked requests getting precedent over yours and others lower ranked requests)
  • There are tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet for each month (Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr)
  • If you are looking to book guests, please note that all Peak member bookings would be prioritized before allocating guest rooms.
  • 4 of the 16 rooms (2 family and single rooms) must be left available (for regular members to book 10 days in advance) and members will be allocated a room based on the number of people staying. Therefore, a family of 3 might be allocated the bunk room, with the extra bed, instead of a room for 4.
Please refer to our recent cancellation policy, should you wish to cancel any of your bookings after they have been made.
For any other questions about this year’s winter lottery booking, please don’t hesitate to contact me at – Tyrol Vice President <vp@tyrolskiclub.com>
Looking forward to a great winter with everyone that is coming out.
