The idea of the Townhall meeting before the AGM, allows for more discussion and ultimately reduces any surprises at the AGM.  It gives all the members the opportunity to make suggestions (good and bad) about how the club board is doing; allows us to update you on ideas we have; but most importantly enhances the feedback and discussion about the future of the club.
