Winter Lottery is now OPENING soon

Finally, as the lessons were released and we all dashed to get our kids in, despite Whistler having fewer lessons available and most starting in Creekside, hopefully most of us were able to sign up.

Lottery for Peak members is opening soon. At this point I would encourage all Peak members to share their intended winter stays on the google doc link below. The lottery will allow us to scope demand and enables us to determine demand for Friday or Saturday night.  The sooner we have the info of member wishes, the better the lottery will be. As it stands now, you need to rank each night, rather than each stay. The available dates in the lottery are Dec 1st through to April 15th.  Please book only the days & room type you require, and rank the dates.

Lottery will close Nov 1st and your successful bookings will be confirmed then, at which point you can book online with payment.  Please do so before November 5th to secure your bookings. The lodge manager will have a master copy of the lottery dates.

As the club gets larger, we will be monitoring cancellations and changes that members make to ensure a fair and honest system.

As a reminder, annual dues are to be paid by November 1st – watch out for the invoice.
